Tessa's journey into real estate was driven by her entrepreneurial spirit and passion for connecting people with their dream homes. At just 23, she founded a successful real estate marketing firm, where she honed her skills by helping top Real Estate Agents in the Comox Valley market and sell properties. After five years of thriving in this venture, Tessa embraced her calling and earned her real estate license.

 

Mentored by her father, Glenn Procter, a 40-year veteran of the Comox Valley real estate scene, and her uncle, Dave Procter, owner and broker of both RE/MAX offices in town, Tessa has learned from the best. She carries on a family tradition of excellence, combining deep-rooted industry knowledge with a fresh, innovative approach.
