We can’t recommend Tessa enough! She showed up prepared with numbers, statistics, comparable homes and most important to us multiple strategies with logical reasonings behind each one and walked us through it all in an extremely professional manner. She was honest about what we could do to increase the value of our home, and went above and beyond in getting professional and beautiful photos and video of our home (almost made us want to stay!). We had to move out of town before selling and Tessa was great and communicating in a timely manner and keeping us informed throughout the process!
